Through structured and facilitated exercises, members were able to gain first hand experience on values and their relevance to work, a welcome antidote to stresses and strains of working in a healthcare system. 

The key aim was to encourage an integrated approach to our health, one that focuses on health and healing rather than just disease and treatment and which seeks to bring together body, mind and spirit so that health care encompasses the whole person.
